Terp of the Week: Maryland's Brionna Jones, Shatori Walker-Kimbrough and Kacie Longo all turn in strong performances

Mike Shawaryn's eight-inning gem earned him the title of Testudo Times Terp of the Week last week. This week's poll showcases some familiar faces along with some newcomers.

Our contestants for this week's poll are women's basketball's Brionna Jones and Shatori Walker-Kimbrough, wrestling's Geoffrey Alexander, baseball's Andrew Bechtold, women's lacrosse's Taylor Cummings and Kacie Longo and softball's Kristina Dillard.

Shatori Walker-Kimbrough, Women's Basketball -

After scoring 19 points and pulling down 10 boards in the final against Michigan State, SWK was named the Most Outstanding Player at the Big Ten Tournament.

Brionna Jones, Women's Basketball -

Jones had 10 points, 14 rebounds and six steals in the Big Ten Tournament final to help Maryland wins its second straight Big Ten Tournament title.

Geoffrey Alexander, Wrestling -

Alexander punched his ticket to the NCAA Championships by placing eighth at 133 pounds at the Big Ten Championships.

Andrew Bechtold, Baseball -

Bechtold went 3-for-4 with four RBIs to help Maryland outlast Tennessee, 10-9.

Kacie Longo, Women's Lacrosse -

Longo scored her first career hat trick in Maryland's 20-5 rout of Hofstra.

Taylor Cummings, Women's Lacrosse -

Cummings had her normal do-it-all performance against Hofstra. She scored three goals, picked up six draw controls along with two ground balls and caused two turnovers.

Kristina Dillard, Softball -

Dillard's RBI single in the bottom of the 7th inning helped the Terps walk-off against Columbia.
