ESPN's Jay Bilas still thinks Maryland basketball will win the 2016 national title

Despite the Terps having lost three of their past four games, Bilas is sticking with Mark Turgeon's team, but acknowledges that Maryland hasn't been the same with a struggling Melo Trimble.
