The Maryland men's basketball team plays against Bowie State on Tuesday night. After slug-fests with Nebraska and Purdue, this one should be a welcome change of pace for Terrapin fans.
Maryland has the chance to make some history on Tuesday night. You might be thinking, "What?! Make history against Bowie State?! You're crazy!"
But guess what? It's true!
With their home win over ranked Purdue, the Terrapins tied the school record for most consecutive wins at home. The last time Maryland put together 26 home wins in a row was from February of 1979 to January of 1981.
With a win over the lowly Bulldogs of the CIAA tonight, the Terps have a chance to set a new school record for home win streak. Will you be on hand to see them do it?
