GameThread: Maryland vs. Princeton

The Terps are playing in Baltimore for the first time in 15 years.

Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports

After a week-long hiatus, the No. 6 Maryland men's basketball team returns to action in its second-to-last non-conference game against Princeton. The Terps are eschewing their usual home to play this game at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, their first trip to the city since 1999.

The game tips off at 7 p.m. You can watch it on the Big Ten Network or stream it online at BTN2Go.

At 9-1, Maryland sits tight at No. 6 in the nation for the second consecutive week and will look to add a decent mid-major win to its resume.

A win against the Tigers will be no cakewalk, though KenPom gives the Terps an 83 percent chance to walk away with the victory. Princeton has solid guard play and an experienced roster. KenPom ranks Princeton No. 111 overall, and second in the Ivy League, behind Yale.
