MM 2.22: Maryland gymnastics posts season-high score, places second in tri-meet

The Maryland gymnastics team competed against Ohio State and Penn State in a tri-meet yesterday. The Terps came in second place posting a new season-high overall score of 196.275.

The team also posted new season-high scores on the vault, bars, and beam.

Senior Audrey Barber scored a personal best of 9.9 on vault, earning her first place overall. Sophomore Emma Silberman earned personal season bests in both the beam and vault along with tying her career-high score of 9.875 on the bars.

In the first of three home meets, Maryland will welcome Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska and Ohio State to College Park this Friday for the Big Five meet.
