Maryland baseball’s game vs. James Madison postponed

The Terps’ first home game has been rescheduled due to impending weather conditions.

Due to weather, the Maryland baseball team has announced that Wednesday’s game against James Madison has been postponed to Wednesday, May 10, at 6 p.m., at Bob “Turtle” Smith Stadium.

The game was scheduled to start at 3 p.m. It was set to be Maryland’s first home contest of the 2017 season.

Maryland, who is off to a 1-5 start, will play next when they travel to Cary, N.C. this weekend to take part in the USA Baseball-Irish Classic. The Terps will kick off the tournament on Friday against Notre Dame at 4:30 p.m.
