How Maryland men's and women's lacrosse can reach the NCAA Championship

Each Maryland team is the No. 1 overall seed in the tournament.

Sammi Silber/Testudo Times

As promised, it's time to talk about lacrosse on the Testudo Times Podcast, and there really isn't a better time to do that than now.

Testudo Times non-revenue sports editor Noah Niederhoffer and I go over everything you need to know about the Maryland women's and men's lacrosse teams after they won their first round games, what their road looks like to the national championship game and what it would mean for both programs if they won it all in Philadelphia a little later this month. Both teams are looking to make some history, and it's exciting times for both programs and Maryland fans alike.

If you missed it, make sure to check out Episode 47 of the podcast where we went over the recent influx of basketball news.

Make sure to rate and subscribe to the show on iTunes and Soundcloud, and don't forget to comment on the show and tell us how we're doing. It's the only way we can get better.

Happy listening!
