College football is BACK! The Terps host the Howard Bison at Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium with kickoff slated for noon.
Today marks the beginning of the Mike Locksley era, despite his tenure as Maryland interim coach in 2015.
The Bison finished with a 4-6 overall record last year and decided to go in a new direction this season with head coach Ron Price, who is making his debut with Howard. While the Bison’s offense led the MEAC in scoring and total offense last year, their defense was their Achilles heel last year. Howard surrendered two 50-point games last year, and their opponents averaged 34.1 points per game against them.
As always, this is your space for thoughts, observations or whatever you would like to share. Be respectful, and go Terps.
