So ... we just did a podcast earlier today, and now that Maryland decided to fire DJ Durkin after originally deciding to keep him, we needed to talk about it. And we did.
Thomas joined me, and we talked about how this decision was made, what came into it in terms of the elements at play, what the future of Damon Evans is, as well as the football team’s immediate future and who might be in play to take over as head coach next.
When they said Maryland athletics was a dysfunctional viper pit, we didn’t think they meant it like this.
