How to watch Maryland football vs. Rutgers: Game time, TV schedule, live radio streaming, odds and more

We’re finally here.

NCAA Football: Maryland at Michigan Rick Osentoski-USA TODAY Sports

Maryland football will look to end its four-game losing skid Saturday against Rutgers, a team that ranks as the worst in the Power 5 conferences entering the last week of the season. The Terps are playing for bowl eligibility in their final game of the season. The Scarlet Knights are purely here for pride.

The teams face off at noon on ESPNews, and will be competing against Michigan-Ohio State.

Maryland-Rutgers isn’t what any sane person would call a rivalry, but the series has been exciting since the two teams joined the Big Ten. Maryland had a huge comeback win last year in Piscataway, while Rutgers stormed back after going down early in College Park two years ago.

Maryland will be honoring 22 seniors on senior day, including injured corner Will Likely. This’ll be a bittersweet moment for some fans, but the players can make it that much more meaningful with a win. A victory on Saturday would secure bowl eligibility for the Terps a season after going 3-9, and no matter what, that’d be pretty nice.

The Numbers

Maryland: 5-6 (2-6 Big Ten)

Rutgers: (2-9) (0-8 Big Ten)

All-time series: Maryland leads, 6-5

Odds: Maryland is favored by 14 points.
