How to watch Maryland football vs. Ohio State: Game time, TV schedule, live radio streaming, odds and more

The Terps look to keep this one tighter than last week.

Maryland football may find itself stuck in the middle of a battle for bragging rights this weekend. When No. 6 Ohio State visits College Park, Urban Meyer may take it upon himself to deliver an even wider margin of defeat than Jim Harbaugh and Michigan delivered to the Terps last week. It’s the last thing Maryland needs on national television.

DJ Durkin has worked under Meyer twice before, at Bowling Green and Florida. It’s unlikely to lessen the hurt the Buckeyes can deliver. The Terps are still sitting one win short of bowl eligibility, but Rutgers, Maryland’s last opponent of the season, will be the team’s best shot at getting that sixth victory.

Last season, Perry Hills had a strong game against then-No. 1 Ohio State. The senior quarterback ran for 170 yards and accounted for three touchdowns, keeping the game close until the Buckeyes put it away in the fourth quarter.

The Numbers

Maryland: 5-4 (2-4 Big Ten)

Ohio State: (8-1) (5-1 Big Ten)

All-time series: Ohio State leads 2-0 over Maryland

Odds: Ohio State is favored by 29 points.
