Watch these highlights from Maryland football’s 38-14 loss to Penn State

Wasn’t pretty.

Maryland football suffered its first loss of the season at the hands of Penn State, 38-14. Though the score wasn’t close, there were a number of memorable moments from Beaver Stadium. Here they are in chronological order.

  1. Ty Johnson

Johnson took this play 66 yards in for the score. It was his third touchdown in his last nine times touching the ball spanning back to Maryland’s last game against Penn State.

2. DJ Durkin eating a microphone

Perry Hills fumbled and Durkin got hangry on live TV.

Here’s another look:

3. Tyrrell Pigrome

Coming in for an injured Hills, Pigrome did something similar to what he did against Central Florida, running it in seven yards for a touchdown.

4. Isaiah Davis gets ejected

For the second week in a row a player was ejected for hitting Penn State kicker Joey Julius. Davis inexplicably took him out long after the whistle was blown.

Maryland will play its next game at home against Minnesota on Saturday Oct. 15.
