The Maryland football team opened up as three-point underdogs in Saturday’s road game at Penn State, according to Oddshark. But then a funny thing happened. The line started moving.

Several other sites Oddshark uses to measure betting showed similar progressions. At the beginning of the season, Maryland seemed pretty unlikely to win this game. Now, Bill Connelly’s S&P+ gives Maryland a 43 percent chance of winning, projecting Penn State to come away with a three-point victory. No matter how you slice it, the Terps have a real shot to win on Saturday.
