A day after entering the top-10 of the AP Top 25 for the first time since Dec. 16, No. 9 Maryland men’s basketball takes on Rutgers Tuesday night at Xfinity Center.
The Terps have won all seven of their meetings against the Scarlet Knights since joining the conference, though Steve Pikiell’s squad has a much different look this year. Although no longer in the rankings, Rutgers entered the poll for the first time since 1979 and has already matched its conference win total from last season.
Maryland is currently on a four-game win streak, most recently with a 82-72 win over then-No. 18 Iowa in College Park.
As always, this is your space for thoughts, observations or whatever you would like to share, but please be respectful.
