Believe or not, the 2019-20 college basketball regular season is already more than halfway over. With that in mind, it’s time to take stock of how Maryland men’s basketball fans feel about the program.

If you haven’t signed up for the SB Nation FanPulse community yet, you can do that here. Be sure to join so that you can give you input on the Terps’ season each week.

Back in Week 1 of the season, 84.2 percent on Maryland fans said they were confident in the direction of the program. The numbers didn’t vary too much in the five weeks following, but fell to a season-low 65 percent in Week 7.

Now as the Terps stand with a 14-4 record, including a 4-3 mark in Big Ten play, that number is back up to 80 percent in Week 8.

Of the other Big Ten schools that had at least 10 responses, 77.9 percent of fans are feeling good about their programs. Michigan State had the highest numbers with 100 percent confidence, while Northwestern came in the lowest at 40 percent.
