Photo gallery: The best of Bruno Fernando’s Maryland basketball career

The Atlanta Hawks added Fernando in a draft-night trade. Here’s a look back at his time in College Park.

Maryland’s Bruno Fernando made history on Thursday night as the first Angolan player ever drafted. He was drafted 34th overall by the Philadelphia 76ers and then traded to the Atlanta Hawks, where he’ll join former Terps Kevin Huerter and Alex Len. Through his two years in College Park, Fernando’s emotion, passion and insane dunks have produced some really awesome photos. Here are the best shots of the big man.

Editor’s note: This story was first published after Fernando’s decision to declare for the NBA Draft.
