Maryland basketball is entering the home stretch of its season, with five games left in Big Ten play. The No. 24 Terps are 10-5 in conference, and they visit No. 21 Iowa on Tuesday night. Tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET on BTN.

It’s the last game of a five-game stretch that includes four ranked opponents and four road games; the Terps are 2-2 so far. A win would dramatically improve Maryland’s Big Ten tournament positioning, but perhaps more importantly, it’d end an 11-year, 19-game drought for the Terps against ranked teams on the road. Iowa is favored by two points.

As always, this is your space for observations, commentary and more during the game. Be respectful, and go Terps.
