Behind Anthony Cowan Jr.’s career high 30 points, No. 5 Maryland men’s basketball defeated Temple 76-69 in its first game of the Orlando Invitational.

With the win, the Terps now face Harvard, which defeated Texas A&M, 62-51, at 11:30 a.m. ET today.

The matchup marks the first meeting between the two programs in their history.

The winner between Maryland and Harvard will play the winner of USC vs Marquette in the championship on Sunday.
