Maryland basketball hosts Purdue at noon Saturday. It’s the first time this season that the No. 17 Terps have played a team that was ranked at the time, and we’re already 23 games into the season. For many, this game will say a lot about Maryland and how the Terps fit into the Big Ten and national picture.
Maryland beat Ohio State in Columbus on Tuesday. Purdue’s last game was a 21-point win Wednesday over No. 25 Northwestern. This should be a close one.
