NCAA Basketball: Maryland at Syracuse Rich Barnes-USA TODAY Sports

It’s the 99th episode of the Testudo Times Podcast. We had a lot to talk about, and not much of it was good, but we podcasted through it.

Thomas joined me to talk about these topics and more:

  • Everything that went on with the last five games for Mark Turgeon’s team: some good, plenty bad, and most of it boiling down to “it’s still November.” We then previewed the games against Purdue and Illinois.
  • Women’s basketball talk and how they rebounded from getting shellacked by UConn.
  • The merciful end of the football season: what went wrong, how much of it is on the coaching staff, and a quick look at who may leave for the NFL.
  • Field hockey’s national title game loss, and the volleyball team being the first team out of the NCAA Tournament.

We podcasted through the pain and all of the wild and wacky that was the last 10 days of Maryland athletics. There will be better days to come for sure ... we hope. Enjoy the show!
