Maryland men's basketball is done facing double-digit seeds in the NCAA Tournament. After beating No. 12 seed South Dakota State in the first round and No. 13 seed Hawaii in the second round, the Terps will face Kansas, the tournament's No. 1 overall seed, on Thursday.

The teams should tip off at around 9:40 p.m. ET at the KFC Yum! Center, with Jim Nantz, Grant Hill and Bill Raftery on the call. The teams will be waiting for Villanova and Miami conclude their game, which starts at 7:10 p.m. You can check out our Maryland-Kansas preview here. The rest of our tournament coverage is here.

Maryland last made the Sweet 16 in 2003, the same year the Florida Marlins won the World Series.

Judging by the way Kansas defends ball screens, Melo Trimble could be in for a big night. That would be huge for Maryland, as a hot-shooting Trimble would solve a whole lot of the Terps' offensive problems.

Let's all enjoy this.
