Maryland men’s basketball’s game at Minnesota on Jan. 7 will tip off at 5:30 p.m. ET and air on Big Ten Network, it was announced Monday.
The game will be Maryland’s fourth conference matchup of the year, with the Terps currently holding a 1-1 record against Big Ten competition. Before it goes to Minneapolis, Maryland will host No. 1 Purdue on Tuesday.
Maryland is 16-2 against Minnesota all-time with a 10-game active winning streak against the Golden Gophers. Last season, the Terps picked up their only conference road win of the season at Minnesota with an 81-46 victory.
The Terps have already played six games on Big Ten Network, with nine more scheduled after Jan. 7. Their game against Purdue will stream on Peacock, one of two remaining Maryland contests this season that will air exclusively on the platform.
