Three-star linebacker Keyshawn Flowers officially signed with Maryland football on Wednesday after announcing his commitment to the program in late June.

His brother, Keion, also committed to Maryland in June as a preferred walk-on.

Flowers is ranked as the 51st-best linebacker in his class and the 16th-best overall player in Maryland by the 247Sports Composite.

Listed at 6-foot-2, 215 pounds, Flowers attends Archbishop Spalding High School in Severn, Md., where he recorded 31 tackles, four tackles for loss and two sacks this fall. Last year, Flowers tallied 81 tackles, 11 tackles for loss and five sacks.

His dominant junior season warranted offers from 24 schools, including Alabama, Notre Dame and Miami.
