3-star wideout Jahmari Powell-Wonson signs with Maryland football

Powell-Wonson is one of two receivers in Maryland’s class.

Jahmari Powell-Wonson, a three-star wide receiver out of Baltimore City College High School, officially signed with Maryland football Wednesday.

He initially committed to the Terps in May.

Per the 247Sports Composite, he is the No. 151 receiver in the class and the No. 35 overall recruit in Maryland.

In his senior season, Powell-Wonson totaled 60 catches for 1,151 yards and 13 touchdowns.

Powell-Wonson notably fielded offers from Pittsburgh, Syracuse and Virginia Tech among others.
