Several things coming out of the most recent NCAA suggestions for change was about eliminating the requirement for Divisions to have a Championship game.
Bigger or unlimited coaching staffs.
Raising or eliminating the 25 initial counter rule for scholarships.
But hey no answer to NIL. :)
So about the new look, the ACC (I think) started throwing around ideas first.
Although the Big 12's idea is to just scrap the division setup they had coming.
The ACC with a 3-5-5 schedule.
