Maryland women’s lacrosse announced it hired Terp alum Nadine Hadnagy as its new Director of Operations.
The former Maryland women’s lacrosse defender helped lead the Terps to three national championships, was a Tewaaraton Finalist, a two-time IWLCA All-American as well as the 2017 IWLCA National Defender of the Year and Big Ten Defender of the Year.
Her senior season in 2017, the Farmingdale, New York native also earned a spot on the Big Ten All-Tournament team and was an Inside Lacrosse Media First Team All-American.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled to bring back Nadine to the University of Maryland,” said head coach Cathy Reese, per release. “Nadine is a winner through and through and was a model student-athlete for our program, always embracing the standards and expectations we have on a day-to-day basis. Her passion, intelligence, and pride for our university make her a fantastic addition to our staff.”
