MM 9.7: Maryland field hockey forward Bibi Donraadt earns Big Ten weekly honors

Maryland field hockey senior forward Bibi Donraadt earned her first career Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week honor the conference announced on Tuesday.

Donraadt played a key role in the No. 9 Maryland’s victory over No. 12 Duke. The Netherlands native scored two goals within four minutes of each other in the first quarter to help secure the Terps’ 4-0 win over the Blue Devils.

Before her pair of goals against Duke, Donraadt assisted a game-tying goal as Maryland eventually fell to No. 7 Boston College.

Donraadt currently leads the teams in goals and assists with three each and has a team-high nine points.
