Maryland Day has arrived on the Big Ten Network, with the channel slated to air 24 hours of Terrapin athletics games and content Tuesday into Wednesday.
The fun kicks off at 6 a.m. with Maryland field hockey’s 2-1 overtime win against Northwestern on the road this past fall and ends with men’s basketball’s 59-58 win over Illinois from December.
Other notable events include a three-hour stretch from 2-5 p.m. that will show Maryland football’s 2014 wins over Penn State and Michigan, as well as its 2018 win over Texas. Men’s basketball also has some retro shine with its 2003 matchup against then-No. 1 Florida at 6 p.m. followed by a special on the 2002 national championship season.
The schedule also includes the television debut of the UNLOCKED series that Maryland football published this spring, for those who may have missed it.
