Eight weeks of college football have already gone by, and the latest Testudo Times FanPulse Top 25 poll, is out.
In August, we asked you to sign up for the SB Nation FanPulse community, where readers will be able to vote for their own college football top 25 poll and also participate in surveys. But don’t worry — if you weren’t able to sign up in time for the Week 8 poll, you can still join to share your input HERE.
Surprise, surprise. Maryland fans are even less confident in the direction of the football program following a 34-28 loss to Indiana this past Saturday.
Last week, fan confidence dropped to a season-low 53.3 percent following a 40-14 loss to Purdue. But now there is a new season-low at a mere 50 percent after the Terps’ second consecutive loss, a 34-28 defeat at the hands of Indiana. Plus, it doesn’t help that head coach Mike Locksley’s squad ranks dead last in the conference in terms of passing yards allowed — yes, even behind Rutgers.

Iowa, Michigan, Missouri and Washington all fell out of the rankings after dropping their Week 7 contests.
And here is the top-25 from readers across SB Nation’s college network. This was calculated by averaging all the team-specific polls.

Michigan stayed in the site-wide poll at No. 25 in the place of Virginia Tech. But perhaps the biggest difference is that other audiences moved LSU to No. 2 and Clemson to No. 4, while Testudo Times voters kept Clemson at No. 2 and put LSU at No. 3.
Be sure to sign up if you haven’t already, and get ready to vote in the next poll after Week 9 of the college football season.
