GameThread: Maryland basketball vs. St. Bonaventure

The Terps are in Niceville, Florida looking to stay undefeated.

Maryland men's basketball tips off at 9:30 p.m. ET tonight against St. Bonaventure on CBS Sports Network. The Terps are 5-0, after handling Jackson State to end a four-game homestand. Now Maryland is in Niceville, Florida for the Emerald Coast Classic. Maryland's game will get underway at the conclusion of New Mexico vs. Texas Christian, the winner will face the winner of the Terps vs. Bonnies tomorrow.

St. Bonaventure has been without its leading scorer and the Atlantic 10 preseason Player of the Year Jaylen Adams for the season's first three games, and he's questionable to play tonight. In his absence, the Bonnies have gone 2-1. If Adams plays tonight, the Terps' backcourt will have their hands full between him and consistent scoring threat Matt Mobley. Maryland is coming off a game against Jackson State where it got a win despite leading-scorer Anthony Cowan not scoring and Big Ten Freshman of the Week Darryl Morsell suffering a hamstring injury before halftime. Morsell's been described as day-to-day, but he'd give the Terps an energy boost for the tournament, whether they have to deal with Adams or not.

This is your space for analysis, observations and whatever else comes to mind. As always, be respectful, and go Terps.
