We got a chance to speak with the former Terps defensive tackle, and we talked a lot.

Yep, AJ Francis is on the Podcast, and we used this opportunity with our first ever former football player on show to go over quite a bit on a wide range of topics:

Alex, Ryan and I went over these topics and more in our one hour (!!!) sitdown:

- Great stories about Stefon Diggs, Ralph Friedgen and rooting for college teams that aren't Maryland thanks to friends he's made in the NFL

- How a college football player is able to balance school work and football commitments as well as why AJ thinks the NFL is in many ways easier than college football.

- Was life under Randy Edsall what some portrayed it as, or different?

- AJ's thoughts on protests during the national anthem and his experiences that lead him to those beliefs.

And we went into even more than that too. Even though this is the longest show we've ever done, stick around for all of it because our conversation was so engaging and far-reaching that hopefully you'll learn something after you're done listening to it. It's one of our favorite shows, so hopefully you all enjoy it too!
