Maryland football assistant Mike London subweeted good things about a recruit

This is the Maryland Minute, a short story followed by a roundup of Terps-related news.

Maryland football’s coaching staff hit the road last weekend to visit several recruits. I don’t know where associate head coach and defensive line coach Mike London was, but he clearly liked what he saw.

Like any other coach, London isn’t permitted to say things publicly about specific recruits, so this is close as he can get.

Four-star linebacker Ellis Brooks, a Maryland target, retweeted London, though that certainly is not a confirmation that Brooks is the subject of this specific London subtweet.

Subtweets are usually dumb. But sometimes they can be good!
