The Maryland football team has released its depth chart for Saturday’s game against UCF, and not much has changed since last week.
JC Jackson is now listed as a starter at cornerback. Jackson was listed as the starter before Maryland’s opener against Howard, but was inactive due to an “academic matter.” He wasn’t listed on the two-deep ahead of FIU, but he’s now back where he belongs.
At running back, Ty Johnson, Trey Edmunds and Kenneth Goins Jr are all listed as co-starters. This is the last week before Maryland gets Wes Brown bak.
Cavon Walker was a starting defensive tackle for the first two games, but he’s now listed as competing with Brett Kulka, who got a lot of snaps against FIU. After Maryland’s poor performance against the run last week, it’s not surprising to see DJ Durkin looking for change.
