Mount St. Joseph (Md.) guard Darryl Morsell has seen his profile rapidly increase recently, as the Baltimore guard has landed offers from Villanova and Notre Dame this summer.
Maryland offered him in June, and the Terps are on Morsell’s top five schools list, which he released Tuesday.
Thank you to all the schools that took there time to recruit me. But I will be moving forward with these 5 schools pic.twitter.com/uN725w82Sx

Maryland joins Virginia Tech, Villanova, Dayton and Notre Dame on Morsell’s list.
Morsell is still unrated on the 247Sports Composite, though with an offer sheet like his, that’s sure to change. Maryland still doesn’t have anyone committed in the class of 2017, and Morsell will take an unofficial visit to College Park on August 20, according to multiple reports.
