Printable 2016 NCAA Tournament bracket: Maryland start as a No. 5 seed in the South region

Maryland is hoping to make it out of the opening weekend of the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2003.

Maryland learned its NCAA destiny on Sunday, earning a No. 5 seed in the South region. The Terps will take on the No. 12 seed South Dakota State Jackrabbits from the Summit League. The Jackrabbits have gone 26-7 so far this season, earning an automatic bid after winning the Summit Championship. This will be the Jackrabbits' third NCAA Tournament appearance.

Across the bracket, Kansas earned the No. 1 seed in the West region, Virginia is the No. 1 seed in the Midwest, Oregon earned the No. 1 seed in the West, and North Carolina is the East's No. 1 seed.

Here's a look at the rest of the Big Ten Conference, who put seven teams in the field. Big Ten Tournament champions Michigan State earned a No. 2 seed and Indiana, who won the regular season Big Ten title, earned a No. 5 seed. Purdue is also a No. 5 seed, Iowa and Wisconsin each earned a No. 7 seed, and Michigan will participate in an 11-seed play-in game.

The entire bracket is below. Here is a link to a printable version from SBNation.
