Big Ten Tournament 2016: Updated bracket, schedule, TV channels, game times for quarterfinal round

A complete list of television channels and game times for the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinal games.

Thomas Joseph-USA TODAY Sports

The quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament are set, with four teams punching their tickets on Thursday to join the league's four double-bye teams in a round of games on Friday.

Indiana (1) vs. Michigan (8), Noon ET, ESPN
Purdue (4) vs. Illinois (12), 2:30 p.m. ET (estimated), ESPN
Michigan State (2) vs. Ohio State (7), 6:30 p.m. ET, Big Ten Network
Maryland (3) vs. Nebraska (11), 9 p.m. ET (estimated), Big Ten Network

Maryland has an inherent advantage against Nebraska which had to win a late game on Thursday night for the right to keep playing and will be playing a third game in three days. The Terps haven't played since Sunday and should have reasonably fresh legs. The Huskers will not.

Along with Nebraska, Illinois has taken up the role of tournament cinderella, scoring a win against No. 5-seeded Iowa on Thursday. That probably sets up Purdue for an easy quarterfinal win, which would pit the Boilermakers against the Indiana-Michigan winner in the semifinal. (A Hoosiers-Boilers game at Bankers Life Fieldhouse would be a true state championship.)
