It's the Terrapins and Boilermakers in a Big Ten heavyweight fight. Let's talk about it.

The Maryland men's basketball team has one of its biggest games of the season on Saturday. The Terps play host to the Purdue Boilermakers for a 4 p.m. EST clash.

Here's a comprehensive game preview to help get you set. The basics: Maryland is really good and has a lot of scorers, but Purdue is a team of literal giants and will render it very hard to score points. Add these ingredients up, and you've got a probable slugfest between two Big Ten heavyweights. Mix in a little bit of Maryland's 25-game home win streak and Terrapins fans' propensity to be less than kind to visiting teams, and you've got a really fun atmosphere in College Park.

You can watch the game on ESPN or stream it at WatchESPN. You can follow along here all afternoon, and also keep track with us on Twitter, live from Xfinity Center.

As always, thanks for reading and enjoy the game. We'll turn it over to a poll:
