The Terps look to end an ugly two-game losing streak when they host the Michigan Wolverines Sunday afternoon at Xfinity Center. The Terps suffered their fifth loss of the season last Thursday, falling on the road to the Minnesota Gophers, who were previously winless in Big Ten Conference Play.
The Terps are looking to start a new home winning streak at Xfinity Center, where they'd previously won 27-consecutive games before falling to Wisconsin last week. Maryland has led the Big Ten Conference in attendance this season and is 4th nationally with an average crowd size of 17,852. (99.4% capacity).
The all-time series between the two schools is tied at 4-4, with Michigan winning the most recent game back in January.
The Terps will be getting back freshman center Diamond Stone on Sunday, after he did not play in Thursday's loss to Minnesota. Stone was suspended by Maryland following an ugly incident against Wisconsin when the freshman center pushed a Wisconsin player's face into the court as he was standing up following a foul.
