Who had the best week in Maryland athletics? You decide!

James Snook-USA TODAY Sports

The "Snowzilla" wiped out most of Maryland's athletics events two weeks ago, but we're back with the Terp of the Week poll this week. Over 1,300 of you cast your votes in our most recent Terp of the Week poll and our winner--with 63 percent of the vote--was women's basketball's Kristen Confroy.

We've got a stacked lineup of contestants for this week's poll. Our contestants will be women's basketball's Brionna Jones, men's basketball's Rasheed Sulaimon and Jake Layman, gymnastics' Kathy Tang, wrestling's Geoffrey Alexander, tennis' Nataliya Bredikhina and the women's track and field team.

Brionna Jones, Women's Basketball -

Jones recorded two double-doubles this week and became the 31st player in program history to score 1,000 points.

Rasheed Sulaimon, Men's Basketball -

Sulaimon had 17 points, five assists and four rebounds in a win over No. 3 Iowa, but also sank two clutch free throws with 13.5 seconds left to help beat Ohio State.

Jake Layman, Men's Basketball -

Layman stifled Iowa's Jarrod Uthoff in Maryland's upset win and put up 16 points and 10 rebounds in the win over Ohio State.

Kathy Tang, Gymnastics -

Tang placed second in the all-around competition in Maryland's Big Ten home opener against Iowa.

Geoffrey Alexander, Wrestling -

Alexander, who is ranked in the top-20 nationally, won a 9-2 decision over No. 18 Anthony Giraldo of Rutgers.

Nataliya Bredikhina, Tennis -

After losing her first set, Bredikhina battled back to win her No. 2 singles match 3-6, 6-3, 6-2 to help Maryland win their home opener against James Madison.

Women's Track and Field -

The women's track and field team won seven different events, dominated the field and captured the Terrapin Invitational team title.
