High school highlights:

How'd He Get to College Park?

Etta-Tawo was a three-year starter for McEachern's football team and was named to the class 5A All-State team as a senior, when the team finished 10-2 and outscored its opponents at a 451-147 rate. The talented sprinter ran a 4.4 40 time in high school and also ran a leg of the team's 4x400-meter relay team that finished second at the Class 5A championships. The wideout committed to Maryland in June of 2011 despite not visiting the school before making his decision.

Etta-Tawo redshirted his first year in College Park before getting significant playing time in in his freshman and sophomore seasons due to injuries to Setefon Diggs and Deon Long. He appeared in 12 games and started seven, racking up 500 recieving yards and two touchdowns on 31 catches as a solid fill-in for the absent stars. As a sophomore, he played in every game and started the final six. Etta-Tawo had the highest average yards-per-catch of anyone on the team.

Career Highlight:

Making a 71-yard touchdown catch-and-run last season against Rutgers.

Dream Season:

He is able to use his blazing speed to stretch the field as a top option for whoever is quarterbacking the Terps. In his first season with consistent starter reps from the start of camp, Etta-Tawo leads a receiving corps that still has a good amount of talent after some signifcant departures.

2015 Prospectus:

Etta-Tawo is the team's second-most experienced pass-catcher, and should be able to put up numbers similar to or greater than his 500-yard freshman season. Etta-Tawo has been able to put up solid numbers when he's been given the chance, and now he has his first opportunity as a full-time starter.

Up Next:

Our next player shares his first name with the character one of the main actors on Bojack Horseman is most known for (on another highly-praised show).
