How'd He Get to College Park?

Moore helped lead Westwood to a playoff appearance, and was an All-District player in high school. He spoke with us about his commitment soon after.

BM: You know what? I keep on saying it but it's the relationship that the coaches made the effort to strike up with me. They really recruited me as a person, not as a four-year player. Most colleges, they treat recruits like they're going to be four years - like they're using them and then they're going to throw them out - and that's not what I got from Coach Stewart and Coach Brattan. They believe in me, and that really means a lot to me.

Moore plays well in spot time and secures himself a starting job in 2016 and beyond.

2015 Prospectus:

With the release of the first preseason depth chart, we know Moore is Maryland's No. 2 center, behind senior Evan Mulrooney. That means he will likely see some playing time this year as a redshirt freshman, and has the inside track on a three-year starting job starting in 2016.
