After Tuesday;s 85-62 victory over Venezuela, Melo Trimble and Team USA moves on to play Puerto Rico in game two of the group stage.

Puerto Rico is coached by Louisville's Rick Pitino, and won the gold medal at 2011's Pan American games. That sounds nice and all, but didn't really help the team as it was absolutely crushed Tuesday by Brazil 92-59.

After fans were robbed of a Greivis Vasquez-Trimble matchup last night, Team USA will now get to face a real live NBA player tonight in Puerto Rico's J.J. Barea. The nine-year veteran just recently signed a four-year contract with the Mavericks, for whom he averaged 7.5 points and 3.4 assists per game on 42 percent shooting with a 15.14 player efficiency rating in 2014.

Trimble looked shaky in his first Pan Am action last night, especially on defense. Venezeula hung tough with Team USA for a while, even leading at halftime before the U.S. ran away with it late. Read our recap of the game here.
