High school highlights:

How'd He Get to College Park?

Virginia was the only other FBS school to offer Ezeagwu, but the corner decided to spurn his home state and join the Terrapin.

As mentioned in the beginning, Ezeagwu didn't record any stats as a freshman, but did appear in four games on special teams before missing the rest of the season with a knee injury. Before getting hurt, Ezeagwu was receving positive reviews of his performance in practice. Sean Davis said of Ezeagwu, "he's going to be a crazy player," before the injury.

Career Highlight:

Making his college debut against USF.

Dream Season:

He becomes the team's go-to nickel corner, receiving significant playing time backing up Will Likely and Davis and putting himself in prime position to earn a starting spot in 2016.

2015 Prospectus:

Ezeagwu is likely to be a second-unit defensive back who sees snaps on defense in several games, and should get plenty of opportunities on special teams.

Up Next:

Our next player looks to cement his status as a starter on the defensive line after making his only start last year against Penn State.
