High school highlights:
How'd He Get to College Park?
Moore committed to Maryland in July 2014 and stayed strong in his pledge despite impressing on the camp circuit and earning interest from powerhouse programs like Alabama. A team captain and high school All-American, Moore was also a member of the National Honor Society and appears to be the complete package for Randy Edsall.
Career Highlight:
Playing in the 2014 Offense-Defense All-American Bowl.
Dream Season:
Moore explodes out of the gate in camp, taking advantage of Maryland's suddenly thin wide receiver depth and earning a notable spot in the pass-catching rotation.
2015 Prospectus:
After the departures of Marcus Leak, Juwann Winfree and Jacquille Veii (not to mention Stefon Diggs and Deon Long), Maryland finds itself in a very different situation at wide receiver than it expected this season. Levern and Taivon Jacobs seem the two most likely candidates to earn starting jobs, with Amba Etta-Tawo the apparent favorite for the third spot. Moore's small stature could hurt his chances at getting a starting spot this year, as both Jacobs brothers are of similar sizes, but his explosive ability and sure hands should earn him a spot to at least catch some passes this year.
Up Next:
Our next player was the favored high school passing target of a Maryland teammate.
