Signing Day has officially started, as the first signature is in for Maryland. That would be for defensive lineman Oseh Saine, a late addition to Maryland's class who could see some early playing time. Saine has already enrolled on campus, and is expected to participate in spring practice.

Saine originally committed to Boston College as a part of the 2014 class, but was unable to enroll due to some academic issues. After sorting those issues out a semester later, Saine and the Eagles parted ways, putting him back in the market and into the Terps' hands. Listed at 6'4 and 270 pounds, he's a big prospect who could make an impact in College Park at either end or tackle.
Saine took an official visit to College Park in mid-January, committing during the trip. He's not rated by the 247Sports Composite, but 247Sports gives him an 87 rating (a high three-star evaluation). Here are some highlights:
