Bracketology: Maryland now projected as a 3-seed by many

After beating Indiana at home and Penn State on the road, Maryland moved back up to a 3-seed in several high-profile brackets this week.

As we begin the home stretch of the 2014-15 regular season, Maryland finds itself with an overall record of 21-5 and a B1G record of 9-4, putting them along in second place in the conference. With five games remaining, three of which are at home, the Terps should have a good opportunity to get to at least 24 wins during the regular season.

After winning a game on the road last week and defeating a very good Indiana team, Maryland has once again started to climb in the latest bracket projections. After many dropped Maryland down to a five or six seed last week, several have pushed Maryland back up to the three-seed range this week, Across all of the major bracketology sites, Maryland's average seed was a 4.16, The highest seed they received was a 3-seed while the lowest was an 8-seed. Here is where some of the major bracketology folks are projecting the Terps:
