This Saturday, the Maryland football team will take on one of its toughest opponents of the season when it travels to take on the No. 10 Iowa Hawkeyes. That game will be televised at 3:30 p.m. on ABC or ESPN2, depending on where youre watching it.
On Thursday night, No. 5 TCU takes on West Virginia in a Big 12 battle that the Horned Frogs can't afford to lose if they want a spot in the College Football Playoff.
The Saturday noon slot is headlines by two SEC games that, while they only contain one ranked team, still look to be the most interesting matchups at that time. On ESPN, No. 19 Ole Miss travels to take on Auburn, and on the SEC Network, South Carolina takes on Texas A&M.
Competing with Maryland-Iowa at the 3:30 spot are two matchups containing ranked teams, as No. 3 Clemson faces off against N.C State and No. 11 Florida plays Georgia.
Elsewhere in the Big Ten, No. 15 Michigan takes on Minnesota at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
At 8 p.m. on ABC, No. 9 Notre Dame takes on No. 21 Temple in the lone matchup of ranked teams on the slate.
