Bianchini scored the lone goal, the first of her Maryland career, to beat Michigan State, 1-0, last week. The win gave Maryland their first victory in Big Ten play and helped them surpass last season's win total.
Adreene` Elliott, Volleyball -
Elliott had her first career double-double against Rutgers on Saturday with 19 kills and 10 digs. Her offense was instrumental in helping Maryland get their first win in Big Ten play.
Whitney Craigo, Volleyball -
Craigo registered career-highs in blocks and kills with six each on Saturday. She also stuffed the box score with 39 assists and three service aces to help Maryland beat Rutgers. The win helped Maryland surpass their season win total from last year.
Anna Dessoye, Field Hockey -
Dessoye scored the game-winner in overtime to beat Indiana and help Maryland clinch a share of the Big Ten title. She then poured in three assists in her 6-0 senior day blowout win against Towson. With her first assist against Towson, she became just the sixth Maryland field hockey player ever to record 50 assists in her career.
Sarah Holliday, Field Hockey -
The freshman goalie got her fourth shutout of the season against Indiana and moved her record to 12-0 on the season.
