The Mike Locksley era starts for Maryland at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, when the Terps host Penn State at Baltimore's M&T Bank Stadium in a Big Ten clash. The game will be televised on ESPN, with David LaMont, Ray Bentley and Dawn Davenport on the call. Streaming is available at WatchESPN.
Both the Terrapins and Nittany Lions are coming off defeats at the hands of Ohio State. The Buckeyes beat Maryland two weeks ago, 49-28, in what turned out to be Randy Edsall's last game as Maryland's coach. When Maryland sat idle last Saturday, Penn State lost to the Buckeyes even more lopsidedly: 38-10.
