Randy Edsall on playing Michigan in a possible deluge: ‘We’re ready’
As Alex Kirshner noted earlier this week, Maryland's record in "blackout" games is not great.  Thanks to hurricane Joaquin, the Terps will no longer play in prime time and will have lousy weather to contend with.

Maryland-Michigan kickoff time moved to noon because of concern over Hurricane Joaquin
Despite the time change from 8:00 p.m. to noon, the Big Ten Network will still televise the game.  A sell-out crowd was expected, but many Terp fans will probably stay home rather than sit through the rain - cant' say I blame them.

Edsall on Rowe's Short Leash, Weather and Non-Aggressiveness

Is the 15-year Big Ten title drought about to end?
Maryland may have missed out on Gabriel, but returning to elite status this season would take the sting out. An actual national championship or Final Four would be much nicer than just the potential of one!
